In the hospitality industry it is a fact that we will be dealing with international guests, so English language will be a great help on giving great service to our guests. Findings of the study revealed that English Proficiency of the graduate of BSHRM working in hospitality establishment here in Guiuan Eastern Samar got an overall mean of 11.23 with the interpretation of moderately proficient while the Likert Scale tells that employers’ perception on English Proficiency and Employability relationship got an overall mean of 3.62 that has a scale of neither agree or disagree and interpreted as moderately employable. The study has a correlation value of 0.444566 that is interpreted as present but slightly. It implies that English proficiency is needed or present in employment here in the different establishment in Guiuan Eastern Samar. Although some employers do not acknowledge that a high English Proficiency is needed for employment on their establishments because of their location, size of establishment and applicants, the result of this study still encourages future graduates of BSHRM to develop and acquire English Proficiency skills for better employment.
