Abstract

Indian truck company’s still inspecting quality manually, in manual inspection human error are possible. This paper reviews the quality inspection using touch sensors or laser scanning quality inspection using efficient electronic components, this helps reduce the human errors or accidents in companies & is successfully achieved by laser scanning equipment. Sheet metal of truck shell or cabin and cars quality inspect in weld shop, it’s very fast and very accurate inspection of the parts in trucks or cars, this paper reviews theoretical information about Inspection or quality control under 3D laser sensor technology; it will be very useful idea to leading truck manufacturers in India or etc.
