Abstract

This article provides an overview of common types of fiduciary litigation in the estate planning setting in Louisiana. The article briefly considers the history of fiduciary litigation in the civil law setting. It then considers actions against mandatories, succession representatives, and trustees. There article points out some of the challenges that are unique to Louisiana.
