Abstract

English Abstract: The article describes the contemporary use of Serbo-Croatian local pronominal adverbs in corpora of written and spoken language. Given the rather confusing picture that is gained by looking at the description of these words in dictionaries, grammars and other works, the clear regularities shown by all the corpora analyzed here are surprising. The regularities concern the frequency of local pronominal adverbs, the way each of them is used, and the expression of static and dynamic localization.
