Abstract
This paper aims to develop Garret Ranking for e-HRM outcomes in selected Indian Public sector organizations. The research endeavour can be classified as descriptive as it is carried out to describe e-HRM outcome perceived by employees of Indian Public Sector companies. The methodology adopted is quantitative in nature. The primary sources were used for developing ranking of e-HRM outcomes. Convenience sampling is used for data collection 400 employees of three selected Navratna public sector organizations of different administrative levels. The top rated e-HRM outcome perceived by public sector employees is that e-HRM contributed more towards open communication and sharing of information. Moreover e-HRM is perceived to be a time efficient process as most of the transactions are online in nature.The study covers only selected Navratna public sector organizations where e-HRM has been implemented in a big way. The same study may be conducted in small and sick public sector organizations.
