The research operationalized the factors research based self-efficacy, teaching based efficacy and management based efficacy across NCR based mid-career faculty. The research relied on the prevalidated scaling instruments and leveraged the factor analysis methodology. The research concluded that faculty exhibited strong preference for research, followed by teaching and least preference for indulgence in management tasks and duties.
