QoS Aware Social Spider Cloud Web Algorithm: Analysis of Resource Placement Approach

Cloud resource management is a challenging job based on quality of service requirements. Due to the heterogeneous resources, this challenge is required to be addressed by the existing resource management policies. The resources must be arranged and scheduled as per QoS requirements in order to satisfy cloud client. So resource management policies must include QoS requirements before implementing to the resource placement. In this paper, a resource placement technique, QoS disabled social spider cloud web algorithm (SSCWA) is enhanced with QoS aware SSCWA which caters to place resources as per QoS. Finally, performance evaluation of proposed QoS aware SSCWA is done in CloudSim. Results prove that proposed algorithm outperforms in execution time, response time, throughput and execution cost as QoS parameters.
