Abstract

The Report presents the main cases dealing with the digital economy initiated and completed by the National Competition Authority (the Hellenic Competition Commission - HCC) in Greece. It also answers a series of questions, like whether the HCC has adapted its enforcement practices to keep up with the pace of digital markets, how it defines markets and market power with regard to digital economy players, which practices have been analyzed in Greece, which possible justifications have been used, possible overlaps with other authorities and regulations, etc.
