Abstract
This is a question and answer styled report on syndicated lending in Nigeria. This article highlights documentation, procedural requirements in syndicated facility agreements, as well as key clauses that address problems that may arise in these kinds of agreements in order safeguard the interests of various parties in a syndicated loan facility in the Nigerian legal space.
