Abstract

The work is focused on the review of the main problems arising in the implementation of the Federal Law of June 23, 2016 No. 180 “On Biomedical Cell Products”. The authors analyzed the bills that preceded the adoption of the considered federal law and were the basis for the development of the latter. The study highlights the prospects for the elimination of lacunae in the legislation, including criminal law, which impede the implementation of the biomedical cell treatment.
