Abstract

In the article, the author studies the design features of the preliminary investigation bodies of the Kingdom of Norway. The interrelation of the activities of the prosecutor’s office and the police of the kingdom as “investigative bodies” is subject of the analysis. The author discloses a combined methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the activities of preliminary investigation bodies in the Kingdom of Norway. Another considered subject is the role of public opinion polls.
