Abstract

This study was made to identify and analyze the factors that may affect the interest of Learning Difficulties Learning, motivation to learn, Environment Family and School Environment. Techniques used in the sampling in this study using the Smart PLS, with a sample size of 209 respondents. Collection data using questionnaires using Smart PLS software v.3 results and implications of this research is that this study supports previous research which states that previous research conducted by Ayu Kurnia Wati & Muhsin (2019) proves that a significant influence on interest learn, motivation learn, the family environment and school environment to the difficulties of learners expertise program Office Administration at SMK Negeri 2 Magelang by 42%.
