Abstract

This research was made to find out and analyze the factors that influence Learning Motivation in the form of Needs, Rewards, Interests, and Learning Environments. The method used in this study is SmartPLS with a sample of 200 respondents. Data collection using an open questionnaire which was calculated using SmartPLS v2.0 software. The results and implications of this study support the theory put forward by Usman, U. (2007) in his book entitled Becoming a Professional Teacher. In the theory it is said that there are six factors that influence Learning Motivation, namely the desire to succeed, the need for learning, hopes and ideals, the existence of rewards in learning, interesting activities in learning, and the learning environment.
