Abstract
This study investigates the influence of systematic factors on Logistics Performance and Efficiency. The external factors included Transport Policy/Regulation, Transport Availability, and Infrastructure of Technology. Data was collected from 191 supply chain personals belonging to Oil and Gas Industry in Pakistan by means of a close-ended questionnaire. Data were analyzed through Structured Equation Modeling and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results suggested that logistics performance is positively and significantly influenced by all the above-mentioned factors. Thus the results imply that infrastructure technology, transport availability, and transport policy and regulation has directly related to logistics performance and share significant variance upon logistics performance.
