Abstract

This research was made by researchers to find out and analyze what factors influence Learning Discipline, Learning Facilities, Learning Environment and Learning Motivation towards Learning Achievement. The technique used in sampling in this study using Smart PLS, with a sample of 200 respondents. The data collection used was a questionnaire and processed using Smart PLS 2.0 software. This type of research is a quantitative approach using descriptive research methods and survey research designs. In this study, it will show how the influence of learning discipline, learning facilities, learning environment and learning motivation on student achievement living in brothers and sisters house.
