Abstract
Herein, we report unique spin rectification action in two-dimensional nanosheet of sulphur ended zigzag Boron Carbide nanoribbon. Density functional theory based quantum transport study reports large rectification action in sulphur ended zigzag boron Simultaneous exhibition of both spin rectifier action and spin filter action makes its suitable for the design of logic gates of quantum computer. Observed feature has been explained through analysis of transmission spectrum and molecular projected self consistent Hamiltonian states (MPSH).
