Heat shock proteins like IbpA and IbpB play vital roles under heat stress conditions. However, their modes of binding interactions would be different for pathogenic and non-pathogenic organisms. In this work, an attempt was made to analyse the differences in binding interactions between the proteins from pathogens and non-pathogens. Our study for the first time revealed the molecular level differences between the binding interactions.
