Abstract
Association agreements, as well as deep and comprehensive economic agreements concluded by the European Union contain a lot of common features. Particularly, they share similar institutional framework for the implementation of these treaties, although these bodies bear different names: association council, council with the name of the particular treaty, joint committee, etc. Powers of these bodies usually contain supervisory, monitoring and conciliatory functions, as well as revise or renew certain provisions of the treaties themselves. This paper will analyse acts of these bodies from the point of view the EU law, particularly their effects and position in the system of the EU law, powers of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJ EU) to interpret or review them and effects of annulment decision of the CJ EU.
