Abstract
Herein we report multifunctional action of two dimensional nanostructure of graphene and graphitic carbon nitride. Here we observed giant spin filter action with negative differential resistance (NDR). Observed spin filtration action has been further explained by transmission spectra obtained at zero and finite bias. Dual existence of spin filtration and negative differential resistance feature over certain voltage range makes it suitable as tuneable multifunctional device.
