Abstract

Protein interference is defined by the interaction of external or internal factors on the formation, function and modulation of protein. We define Protein-interference as a biological process in which external or internal factors intervening with the formation, function and modulation of protein. Protein-interference (Protein-i) as interactions between proteins to maintain cellular homeostasis and is vital in the execution of biological processes. We can achieve protein interference via direct methods or indirect methods, in which the intervention occurs at RNA level. In this review I tried to accommodate all the methods that has been used over the years in research to target protein degeneration.
