Abstract

We outline an education-career investment model structured for customizable, just-in-time delivery. Our initiation of this evolutionary model results in a pilot application for which we include associated technical details. We suggest how a FinTech collaboration can support human capital investment planning via a robo-advising web application. Students, researchers, and professionals might all benefit from an accessible analysis tool to estimate the value of human capital investment.
