IBADAH DAN KESEHATAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM DAN SAINS (Worship and Health in Islamic and Science Perspective)

Abstract

Indonesian Abstract: Bagi sebagian orang terapi metafisik berupa dzikir, doa dan ibadah sering dianggap tidak rasional. Namun dalam kenyataannya jalan ini justru paling ampuh dalam bidang pengobatan. Jika lebih jauh menelusuri teks-teks agama baik itu al-Quran maupun sunnah nabi, maka kita akan menjumpai banyak cara-cara pengobatan dan terapi secara metafisik melalui dzikir, doa dan ibadah. Bahkan cara ini juga ditempuh dalam pengobatan modern dan canggih . Misalkan saja puasa, sering dianjurkan para dokter sebagai terapi kesehatan bahkan saat pasien menjalani operasi. Pengobatan dua model baik secara medis atau metafisik sama-sama dibutuhkan bagi pasien untuk mempercepat proses kesembuhan. Pengobatan secara metafisik dengan dzikir, doa dan ibadah telah banyak dipraktekkan pada masa Nabi Muhammad SAW.

English Abstract: For some people metaphysical therapy in the form of dzikir, prayer and worship are often considered irrational. But in reality this road is actually the most effective in the field of medicine. If you further explore the religious texts both the Koran and the sunnah of the prophet, then we will find many ways of treatment and therapy metaphysically through dhikr, prayer and worship. Even this method is also adopted in modern and sophisticated medicine. For example, fasting, doctors often recommend it as health therapy even when patients undergo surgery. Treatment of two models both medically or metaphysically is equally needed for patients to speed up the healing process. Metaphysical treatment with dhikr, prayer and worship has been widely practiced during the time of the Prophet Muhammad.
