Abstract
Micro-grid (MG) based system directly considered as a solid answer for the normal lack in the requirement of power from succeeding power grids. Natural power sources, for example, wind, sun based and hydro offer high capability of considerable power for future smaller scale matrix grids. MG is essentially a Medium Voltage (MV) or a Low Voltage (LV) dispersion arrangment which consists of Wind turbine, Distributed Generators (DG’s), and micro sources such as photovoltaic units, fuel cell etc. working as a single unit system that could be run as in islanded mode and micro grid. The limit of the DG's is adequate to help all; or most, of the micro-gird connected load. This paper presents a simulation based analysis of MG components which depends on sun and wind power based operations and also addresses problem related to control and stability of the grid connected system.
