Abstract
This article is the second part of previous research that discusses the social context of the issue on the West Philippine Sea and how the youth can proactively help the state in protecting its maritime environment. The researchers believed that sharing positive and collective stories on the actions done by the youth to spread awareness and civic consciousness on the current situation of the West Philippine Sea and highlighting the life-giving forces of government mandates would enlighten other youths and give them the impetus to proactively participate and collaborate in community engagements where the role of the youth in nation-building and other national concerns and the consensus ideas and thoughts are brought in, appreciated, and acted upon for the country’s future.
