Abstract

the authors made an attempt, based on an analysis of the criminal legislation of the Federal Republic of Germany, to consider the issues of criminal and administrative liability for violations in the field of bankruptcy, as well as to touch upon certain problems associated with holding accountable for their commission, to consider legislative trends to improve legal regulation in this area.
