Abstract
This paper concerns the EU Climate Law in proposal to regulation COM(2020) in a perspective of Public Private Partnerships. The paper analyses the EU climate objectives in the Treaty of the European Union, the Treaty of the functioning of the European Union and the EU climate law. Furthermore, the paper includes game theory as an instrument to assess the climate law in EU in regard to collaboration between the public and the private sector to fulfil the climate goals in the EU and in the member states. The paper concludes that the EU public procurement law does not includes the sufficient legal instruments to provide efficient Climate Public Private Partnerships and that future legislation in regard to public procurement law is necessary.
