Abstract

Abstract: A new pneumonia-causing human coronavirus, SARS-CoV- 2, appeared in China in December 2019 and has spread rapidly. COVID-19, the illness caused by this strain, has a rather polymorphous clinical appearance spanning from infections of the upper respiratory tract to acute respiratory distress syndrome.

It may become serious straightaway or may develop in two stages, with a deterioration 7 to10 days after the first clinical symptoms, possibly related to a cytokine storm and followed by a high risk of thrombosis. The global mortality rate of COVID-19 is between 3 percent and 4 percent, with extreme types being more common in older patients. Control is symptomatic, as there has been no licensed antiviral therapy.

This article aims to conduct a systematic insight into the research dynamics to fight against, COVID 2019 through an essential exploration in ensuring fruitful research. This article presents the findings from facts and figures published by the World Health Organization (WHO). The author begins with a review of numerous articles involving research related to COVID 2019. An enormous amount of publications till date (+4000 had been published and new research is updating every day. It demands that there is an immense need to identify and organize the information published in around 4000+ papers for formulating new directions to be used in their research. Authors aim to summarize and synthesize the information obtained from these sources.
