Endüstri 4.0: İnovasyon, Eğitim ve Kamu Politikaları (Industry 4.0: Innovation, Education and Public Policy)

Abstract

Turkish Abstract: Bu kısa makalede, endüstri 4.0’ı tamamlayan kurumlardaki dönüşümün gerekliliğine vurgu yapmak istedim. (1) İnovasyon ve girişimcilik, (2) eğitim ve (3) kamu politikaları alanlarındaki dönüşümün gerekliliğini veriler ve örnekler eşliğinde vurgulamaya çalışırken, Türkiye için de değerlendirmelerde bulundum.

English Abstract: In this short article, I underline the necessity of transformation in the institutions that accompany the Industry 4.0. While I put the transformation need in:

(1) innovation and entrepreneurship,

(2) education and

(3) public policy through specific examples,

I also provide some assessments for Turkey.
