Bio-Protein Functionalized Zno Nanoparticles (Bpf-Zno Nps) Using Chicken Egg Albumin and Bovin Serum Albumin for Enhanced Bioactivity

Zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO NPs) act as biocompatible, low toxic, biodegradability and multifunctional material for widely used in medical, industrial and household applications owing to excellent bioactive property. The bio-material functionalized ZnO NPs has important for specific biomedical applications. In this study, stabilize and bio-functionalized ZnO NPs using Chicken Egg Albumin (CEA) and Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) for their characterization focus on the biological applications. The interaction behavior of CEA:nano/ZnO and BSA:nano/ZnO were characterized by using XRD, SEM, AFM, FTIR, UV-Visible, PL, TG-DTA and CV analysis. The overview of biological application of antibacterial action was tested for the animal pathogenic bacteria's. The excellent antibacterial activity was carried out by selected micro-organisms of Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. From antibacterial analysis, the bio-protein functionalized BSA:nano/ZnO sample shows enhanced activity against for selected microbial strains. Based on these results, further this work has been focus on antivirus (drugs for corona) and anticancer activity for clinical applications include the medical technology and regenerative medicine therapies.
