The authors consider the main features that characterize the definition of crimes against peace and security of mankind. In addition, the work defines this category of crimes from the Charter of the Nuremberg Tribunal. The author raises the problem of actualization of the definition of crimes against peace and security of mankind. In this regard, the work considers the main issues that have already been reflected in the draft future Convention in the framework of the work of the UN International Law Commission.
