Abstract

I don’t think it is common to discuss issues such as politics and democratization at a business school. We are usually told that the business of business is business. In other words, provided that you are making ‘cash’ you should not be unduly concerned about who is ruling and how they are ruling the country. Issues of governance, human rights and democracy should be left to the political scientists and lawyers.
