Abstract

English Abstract: The paper assesses the prospects for the development of international antitrust policy in the context of the growing importance of global markets while maintaining the inevitable redistributive conflict between participants in these markets, exacerbated by serious contradictions between leading states and the new technological challenges of the digital economy. The work contains an analysis of specific antitrust cases that require consideration in an international context, as well as a study of the existing practice of supranational antitrust in terms of the distribution of powers between national and supranational bodies. The authors propose a new classification of international antitrust regimes, taking into account the interests and institutional limitations of national and supranational regulators.
