Abstract

This feasibility study report is the result of a process that began in December 2010 with the signing of an agreement between USBU* Global and EduGlobal China aimed at increasing the number of international students on USBU campuses. The Working Group has been charged with exploring the feasibility of moving beyond the recruitment model and finding ways to establish a larger scale collaborative project in China. The report was prepared in August 2011 and after a series of consultations and discussions in 2011-2013 the proposal was not supported. The document is of a historic interest for researchers in the field of international education, online learning, and U.S. -China relations.
