Abstract

The Law of Naval Warfare depends for its practical application on the identification of a multiplicity of geographical and operational zones. To the extent the Law of Naval Warfare depends on zones recognised in the general law of the sea by the Uniate Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, it will apply in different ways in different sea areas.
