Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the discipline of learning, time management and learning readiness affect student learning motivation. The technique used in data collection was carried out with a questionnaire with a total sample of 200 respondents using SPSS and Amos software. Results and Implications of this study are that this study supports previous research which in the study stated that previous research has been conducted by Erna Sasmita (2013) with the title influence of Learning Readiness, Discipline Learning and Time Management on Learning Motivation where the results of the study shows that there is an influence of the independent variable on the dependent. And the results of this study are 1). Discipline Learning, Time Management and Learning Readiness affect the Learning Motivation; 2). Discipline Learning influences learning motivation; 3) Time Management influences learning motivation; 4). Learning Readiness influences student learning motivation and the conclusions of this study are Discipline Learning, time management and learning readiness affect learning motivation simultaneously.
