This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample was chosen based on a purposive technique that is they are internet users who are familiar with several social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. The number of respondents is 144 people in the period of the enactment of social policy in Bali from March 16 to April 21 2020. The results showed that some indicators were significantly at risk for the COVID-19 outbreak so that education was still needed so that people's self-awareness increased, they still wanted to stay at home, always wash their hands with soap, always drink warm water, provide hand sanitizer installed at home, always wash hands after outside the home, use soap to wash hands, provide antiseptics at home, and consume Vit C and E and get enough sleep. The weakness of this research is that it only focuses on aspects of community behavior in conducting early prevention efforts and does not prove medically about reducing the number of people with COVID-19 in the community so it is necessary to conduct research in terms of health and medical by subsequent researchers.
