Case comment of German Federal Supreme Court, Judgment of 30 April 2020, I ZR 139/15 – “Afghanistan Papiere II”. The German Federal Supreme Court (BGH) follows the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in its interpretation of the exception for the reporting of current events.
