Abstract
This report presents descriptive and numerical information about the school voucher program in North Carolina, entitled the Opportunity Scholarship program, for the years 2014 - 2020. Program design, legal requirements, costs, student participation, school participation, and program evaluation are included. The author presents an analysis of the program as well as recommendations for change.
