Comments on the Singapore Court of Appeal decision in Turf Club Auto Emporium Pte Ltd v Yeo Boong Hua [2018] SGCA 44, [2018] 2 SLR 655 on the nature, scope and measure of Wrotham Park damages, exceptionally awarded for breach of contract, and the implications of failing to recognise them as restitutionary damages.
