Abstract

This paper examines legal provisions governing abortion in Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St Kitts & Nevis, St Lucia and, St Vincent and the Grenadines. It identifies the ways in which the laws discriminate against women and girls and gives recommendations for reforming the legislative framework for abortions in the 6 named countries.
