Abstract
Despite the fact that the success of e-Government adoption is subject to the citizens’ willingness to use it, little consideration has been paid to explore the adoption of e-government from citizens' perspective. However, it seems that the rate of adoption of e-Government has globally fallen below expectations although some countries are doing better than others. Therefore, improving the comprehension of the residents’ reasons and methods of using government sites, including their behaviour towards e-Government, is crucial. This article discusses this matter by suggesting a conceptual model of e-Government adoption and mainly emphasising the users in the method of applying e-Government. Notably, the analysis of the primary elements in the analysis, namely the technical, personal, and reliability elements, improves the comprehension of the adoption of e-Government services in Palestine.
