Abstract

The Indian Constitution is a living document, an instrument that makes the government system work. Children are the future of a country. They bring the development & prosperity to the country. The Constitution is the pioneer of child rights, which contains various key sections that not only empower children but also ensure that their rights are well protected and preserved. Children are the greatest gift of Humanity. They are entitled to a healthy and free environment of growth and development through which they can develop themselves and in turn, lead the nation to large scale progress.
