There was a significant relationship between the career aspirations and the job attributes influencing career decisions of students taking up Ed.D/Ph.D major in Educational Management. This entails that students have the same level of job influencing factors except those who were doctoral degree holders, which means that no matter how hard or easy the works is, those who are aspiring as educational leaders work efficiently. District/Division/Regional Supervisors/Directors and Boards may make provisions about rapid promotions to employees with qualification in the position subsequently when those employees possess the degree that is appropriate and best to be promoted.
