Abstract

This paper reports on nine cases at the confluence of environmental, natural resources and energy law before the U.S. Supreme Court during the current 2018-19 term, including Weyerhaeuser v. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Virginia Uranium v. Warren, Sturgeon v. Frost, County of Maui v. Hawai’i Wildlife Fund, Air and Liquid Systems v. Devries, and Juliana v. U.S.. It also recaps cases from the prior term.
