Abstract

During a time of online learning, technology tools can help facilitate student engagement and foster deeper understanding of course concepts. A variety of helpful technology tools are available to assist transactional attorneys in practice and can be used by professors teaching transactional drafting. This article discusses three examples of technology tools available to facilitate the teaching of transactional drafting in an online format. This article introduces the reader to tools relevant to how artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and document assembly can be used in the classroom and provides specific resources and example assignments that can be easily adopted and integrated into existing courses.
