Abstract

Since the start of the COVID pandemic, countless employees lost their jobs following furloughs and layoffs. As unemployment rates continue to decrease, many employers are rehiring their workforces. This article explores best practices to do so properly and considers potential pitfalls when making rehiring decisions.
