This chapter assess changes in policing behaviour with regard to offences against women in India. I have undertaken an impact study of various reforms. I have identified patriarchy and absence of independent authority to investigate complaints against police officials as two of the major hurdles. The chapter concludes by offering solutions to the above mentioned problems.
