Abstract

In this Book Chapter, the Author evaluates the legal basis of the revolutionary struggle of the Black Panthers, a revolutionary black nationalist party, and explains how they utilized and critiqued the language of the Constitution and the Ninth Amendment, including in relationship to self-defense.
