Abstract

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has decided a wide range of cases that pertain to aviation law, including accident litigation, airspace, airmen, airports, aircraft, antitrust, and criminal law. This Article focuses on decisions by the court relating to a particular aviation law, the Airline Deregulation Act of 1978, and situates the court’s approach to the law among other jurisdictions.
