Abstract

Since 1977, the Steam Turbine Works Staff and Workers College has trained students in such specialties as gas turbines, turbine design and manufacturing, machinery and electrical instruments, and computer science. The steam turbine specialty described in the teaching syllabus translated and printed below is a new program for the Staff and Workers College and was scheduled to enroll its first students for the 1981-1982 academic year.
